May 9, 2026 – Saturday at 8:00am in Clubhouse (Spring opening and routine updates)
June 13 - Saturday at 8:00am in Clubhouse (Propose annual budget for 2027 to be ratified at annual meeting and routine updates)
August 8 - Saturday at 10:00am Annual Meeting in Clubhouse (Ratify 2027 annual budget and other required updates)
October 3 - Saturday at 8:00am in Clubhouse (Fall closing process and other routine updates)
December 3 - Thursday at 7:00pm via Zoom (End of season discussion and routine updates)
HOURS OF VALET SERVICE OPERATION
January 1 to March 31
No valet service.
April 1 or Opening Day (whichever is later) to April 30 (Pre-Season)
The Board and Management Company will determine the official opening day for valet service based on the official public ice-out declaration. Under no circumstances shall valet service start prior to April 1 unless agreed upon by the Board and Management. Open Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 9am to 1pm. Members shall make requests for valet service in person during operational hours, or at least 24 hours in advance of the next operating day using the valet phone line. (Members using OTW to de-winterize a boat must give OTW two weeks advance notice.)
May 1 to before Memorial Day weekend (Early Season)
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 9am to 1pm
Memorial Day weekend Friday to Labor Day weekend Monday (Peak Season)
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 9am to 5pm
Friday, Sunday - 9am to 7pm
Saturday - 9am to 6pm
After Labor Day weekend to September 29
Monday 9:00 to 5:00: Tuesday closed for valet service: Wednesday 9:00 to 1:00: Thursday closed for valet service: Friday 9:00 to 6:00: Saturday 9:00 to 5:00: Sunday 9:00 to 6:00
September 30 to October 15 (Late Season)
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 9am to 1pm. October 15 marks the official end of HLYC valet service.
October 16 to October 31 (Post-Season)
Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 9am to 1pm. Members shall make their final valet service request in person during operational hours, or at least 24 hours in advance of the next operating day using the valet phone line. Members are allowed a single haul to put their boat in the storage building, or a single launch to facilitate removing their boat from HLYC. By October 24, all boats going in the building for winter storage must be on-site, and all boats on the floating docks must be removed.
November 1 to December 31
No valet service.
Under no circumstances will boats be hauled/launched if, in the judgment of the management company, weather conditions or club grounds present unsafe conditions for equipment operation.
